Hey Guys!
I am a grade twelve English student aiming for a BFA in studio arts or in art education. I play the flute, and enjoy running, books, comic books and drawing. My favorite DC character is Red Robin, but I love the Avengers! This year in English, I plan to expand my writing experience, in both short stories, but also I want to work on my plot and character development. And I was hoping to read the Great Gatsby this year in English, and I do hope the short stories we read avoid the whole sad/terribly written stories that make you feel bad about yourself. While I do like distopian stories because it builds strength of character, the whole depressing self-pitying characters who don't stand up for themselves.
